K-Hub is a private, manually reviewed access flow for reminders, household coordination, weather updates, and similar informational updates from Niles through K-Hub.

SMS is optional and is not a condition of requesting or using K-Hub. If you choose the separate SMS opt-in and provide a mobile number, you consent to receive informational text messages from K-Hub at that number after approval and any required confirmation step. If you do not opt in to SMS, K-Hub can still use email and the web/app experience where available. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval or access. Every request is reviewed manually, and K-Hub may approve, deny, or leave a request pending.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may reply STOP at any time to cancel, and HELP for assistance.

K-Hub does not share, sell, or transfer mobile numbers, opt-in data, or consent records with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. If you opt in to SMS, please provide a phone number you control.
