Program description

k-hub supports a private reminder and informational messaging program for approved friends and family who want help from Niles, a personal assistant. Messages may include reminders, birthday notices, weather updates, household coordination, and other non-marketing informational content.

Approval and activation

Submitting a request does not activate messaging. Each request requires admin approval before activation can continue. The phone number will remain pending until the SMS START verification step is completed.

Consent

By using the request access form, you consent to receive reminder and informational text messages at the mobile number you provide.

Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies based on your requests, reminder schedules, and household coordination needs. Message and data rates may apply.

STOP, HELP, and START

Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. Reply START to opt back in if you wish to resume the messaging service.

Carrier disclaimer

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Use limits

This service is intended for private, approved use. k-hub may deny, delay, or revoke access where appropriate.
