This page is the K-Hub privacy policy for the public request-access flow and SMS messaging program.

K-Hub stores the details submitted in the request form, including name, email, optional phone number for SMS, city or region, notes, and SMS consent.

We also store audit fields and events needed to review requests responsibly, including timestamps, IP addresses, user agents, notification attempts, and review decisions.

This data is used only to review requests, operate K-Hub follow-up by email, web/app, or optional SMS, and keep a basic audit trail.

Mobile numbers, opt-in data, and consent records are not shared, sold, or transferred to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
