k-hub may collect your name, email address, mobile phone number, optional Discord handle, consent details, request metadata, and related reminder or informational messaging records.

Why it is collected

This information is used to review request access submissions, record consent, manage reminder and informational messaging enrollment, support household coordination, and maintain an audit trail for compliance and operational review.

Consent and audit records

Consent and application records may include the exact consent language accepted, relevant legal page versions, submission time, IP address, user-agent, admin review outcome, and later SMS activation state.

Mobile privacy commitment

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Consent records and messaging data may be shared only with service providers that are necessary to operate the reminder and informational messaging program.

Retention

Information is kept only as long as reasonably necessary to administer request access records, support messaging operations, investigate issues, honor opt-out requests, and comply with legal obligations.

Choices

You may opt out of text messages by replying STOP. You may request help by replying HELP. If later START-based activation or reactivation is available, START may be used as part of that flow.

Admin approval

Request data may be reviewed by site administrators for approval before messaging can be activated.
