SMS consent

K-Hub is meant to use SMS sparingly. SMS opt-in is optional, separate from the access request, and not required to use K-Hub.

If you choose SMS and your request is approved, a later confirmation step may ask you to reply START from the number you submitted. That confirmation workflow is not implemented yet.

If you skip SMS, K-Hub can still use email and the web/app experience where available. SMS consent is not consent for a marketing list; it is for reminder and informational text messages only.
